Shipping
Standard shipping costs within the Netherlands are €9.99. For Europe, shipping costs are €19.99. We ship with PostNL and DHL. Shipping is free in most countries for orders over €300.
Pickup at our office by appointment is also possible and free of charge.
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email within an hour. Azur Natural Bodycare aims to ship your order within 7 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification. All orders are shipped with Track & Trace. During busy periods, such as around trade fairs, delivery will take longer.
In the order notes, you can specify special requests. For example, if you need your order quickly, you can indicate this here, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
The delivery address is the one provided by the customer during the checkout process. This can be the billing address or another address. To specify a different shipping address, you can select the “Ship to a different address” option.
For business addresses, the company name must be included in the address field. If we ship an order to a business address without a company name on the shipping label, the package may be returned. If we need to resend the package for this reason, the shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
Azur Natural Bodycare is not liable for damage or loss caused during delivery by the courier. However, Azur Natural Bodycare will do everything possible to find an appropriate solution.
